Toast the baguette in a pan and set aside.

Heat 2 tsp of oil, stir-fry onion until soft and turns to golden brown, add garlic and stir-fry for a while.

Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth, water and Brandy and bring it to a boil, pour into the containers and add some parmesan cheese, serve with baguette.
