Tiger Prawns with White Wine and Whipping Cream

For 4
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250ml
tiger prawns (removed eyes, antennae and foot & deveined) 4 pcs
white wine 60mL
onion (chopped) ½
each of green, red and yellow bell peppers (cut into pieces) ¼
low gluten flour 1 tbsp
whipping cream 4 tbsp
white pepper ground Some
Heat 2 tbsp. of oil, slightly pan-fry prawns and chopped onion, add low gluten flour and stir well. Add white wine and cook for a while.
Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and bell peppers, bring it to a boil. Pour in the whipping cream and white pepper ground, mix well and serve.
