Braised Whole Napa Cabbage

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tbsp
Large Head of Napa Cabbage 1 pc (About 1.5kg)
Thin Pork Slice (About 300g) 1 pack
Ginger 2 slices
Carrot 40g
Chinese Jinhua Ham (Chopped) 10g

Add Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock to pork slices and mix well. Cut the carrot into thin slices.

Keep the stem and cut the cabbage leaves to shape it like a flower. The height of the cabbage should be just fitting the height of the pot.

Pour Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth into a pot and bring to boil. Add in carrot, ginger and pork slices.

Place the napa cabbage on top of the pork and carrot slices. Sprinkle chopped Chinese jinhua ham on top. Cover with lid.

Once boiling, turn the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the cabbage is soft.

Cut the napa cabbage then serve.

*Can use baby Chinese cabbage or Chinese cabbage to replace the napa cabbage.
