Prawn Spaghetti With Soy Milk Sauce

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 625 ml
Prawn 5-6 pcs
Soft tofu 1 small
Spaghetti 150g
Purple onion 1/4 (shredded)
Shiitake mushroom 50g
Soy milk 1/2 cup
Salt Pinch of
Black Pepper Pinch of

Marinate
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 10g

Marinate the prawn with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock for 10 mins. Put soft tofu and 125mL Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth in a blender, blend until smooth.

Boil 500ml Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth in a pot. Add spaghetti and cook for 7-8 minutes. Remove from water and drain well. Reserve 100ml pasta soup.

Over medium low heat, add some oil in a wok and fry purple onion until transparent. Add marinated prawn and stir fry. Turn to high heat. Add mushroom and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

Add the cooked pasta in the wok. Add the blended tofu sauce and soy milk. Bring to boil and turn off the heat immediately. If the sauce is too thick, add some pasta soup.

Add the stir-fried prawn. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.

Do not overcook the soymilk sauce. It is best to slowly warm it to avoid burning.
