Marinate the beef with Swanson Concentrated Chicken Stock, sugar and corn starch for 15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Beaten the eggs.
Heat up a skillet with 1 tsp oil. Pour beaten eggs into the pan, stir fry till they are scrambled. Transfer to a plate.
Add 1 tsp oil on the same pan, add the beef and stir fry until it’s medium done. Take out the beef and set aside.
Add tomatoes in the same pan, stir fry until soften. Use the spatula to slightly press the tomato to get more juice. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. (add some water if it is a bit dry)
Add 1 loop of Swanson Concentrated Chicken Stock, sugar and ketchup. Stir well.
Add the egg and beef, stir fry until beef are cooked. Garnish with green onions. To serve.
