Cut the giant grouper into thick slices, then mix with the marinade for 10 minutes.

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into pieces.

Bring Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth to boil with a saucepan. Add ginger, broccoli and cauliflower, simmer until well cooked. Transfer to a plate.

Turn to medium low heat, add giant grouper, fresh cordyceps flower and salt. Simmer under low heat until the giant grouper is well cooked.

Place the cooked giant grouper and cordyceps flower on top of the vegetables.

Bring the chicken broth to boil again, stir in cornstarch and mix well.

Pour the chicken broth onto the plate. Sprinkle with chopped scallion.
