Pan fry Spicy Omnipork Pattie with Fried Egg and Rice

Omnipork 1 Pack(220g)
Water Chestnut 3 pcs
Dried Shiitake Mushroom 2 pcs
Egg 2 pcs
Oil 1 tbsp
Rice 2 Bowls
Green Onion (Chopped) Garnish
Marinade
Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 loops
Spicy-Pot Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp

Soak the shiitake mushroom until soft, finely chopped. Peel the water chestnut and chopped.

Marinate the Omnipork for 10 minutes.

Add the shiitake mushroom and water chestnut into the omnipork, mix it well. Divide the mixture into 2 portions and form two patties.

Heat the pan with oil over medium heat. Add the patties, then press gently.

Pan-fry the patties for about 3 minutes, turn to another side. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 3 minutes. Put it on the rice.

Heat the pan with oil over medium heat, crack in the egg, cook until the edge is crispy.

Put the sunny side egg on the omnipork patties. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

  • Add more or less spicy-hot sauce as desired.
