Japanese Style Crabmeat Rice

Ingredients
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250ml
Chilled Crab Meat 1 (225g)
Whole Kernel Corn 30g
Edamame Beans 30g
Eggs 4 pcs
Cooked Brown Rice 2 Bowls
Oil 2 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp
corn starch water 2 tsp (combine 2 tsp corn starch + 2 tsp water)

Beat the eggs well.

Transfer the brown rice into bowl. Invert the bowl of rice over a plate and remove the bowl.

In a non-stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat, pour half of the egg mixture.

Wait until the egg coagulate and form a uniform base. Using a pair of chopsticks, grab one edge of the egg using one chopstick and the opposite side of edge with another chopstick, bringing the coagulate towards the center. Turn the chopstick and pan gently to form a swirl.

Keep turning the chopsticks and pan, the egg will start to form a spiral coagulate.

Put the tornado omelet on top of the brown rice.

Repeat the step 3 to 6 for the remaining egg mixture.

Heat a skillet over medium heat with oil, add crabmeat, edamame beans and whole kernel Corn, stir fry a while. Pour in Swanson clear chicken broth and balsamic vinegar, bring it to boil.

Add cornstarch water and stir until the mixture is thicken. Remove from heat.

Put on the rice. Serve Hot.
