Cheesy Layers Pork Roll Cutlet with Udon

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tbsp
Pork Slice (around 12 slices) 200g
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 40g
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 40g
Flour 100g
Eggs 2 (Whisk and make an egg wash)
Bread Crumbs 100g
Japanese Udon 3-4 pcs
Oil 1 tsp

Overlap 2 pork slices. Brush some Swanson no added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock on the pork slices.

Put some cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Roll up the pork slices.

Dip the pork roll into flour, follow by the egg wash and then into the bread crumbs.

Place the pork roll in the air fryer, brush with oil. Fry for 8 minutes at 180°C. Flip to the other side and brush oil, fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Take out and cut into pieces.

Pour Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth into a saucepan, bring to boil, add udon and cook for 3 minutes, or follow the cooking instructions on the package of the udon. Serve with pork roll.
