Egg Dumplings

Ingredients for Egg Wrapper
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 50mL
Egg 5 pcs
Milk 50mL
Ingredients for Soup
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 800mL
Chinese Kale 4 stalks (diced)
Carrot ½ pc (diced)
Cornstarch Water 3 tbsp
Scallion 5g (diced)
Chilli as appropriate (shredded)
Ingredients for Fresh Meat Stuffing
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 1 tbsp
Minced Pork 200g
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Dice the Chinese kale and carrot.
Whisk the eggs and mix the liquid well with all egg wrapper ingredients then sift.
To make the stuffing, simply mix and stir all ingredients well.
Grease a small pan with some oil and low heat, pour appropriate amount of egg mixture until just evenly coat the bottom. Place appropriate amount of stuffing on one side of the egg wrapper, and use chopsticks to flip the other side in half to cover it. Pan fry both side until firm then set aside.
Heat the pot. Add Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth, egg dumplings, diced Chinese kale and carrot, cooked for 1 minute then thicken with cornstarch water. Stir well. Sprinkle with scallion and chilli. Ready to serve.

Sift the egg mixture helps smoothen the egg wrapper when pan fry.
