Zucchini with Sakura Shrimps Soup

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Zucchini 1 pc
Sakura Shrimps 2 tbsp
Glass Noodle 1 pack
Black Fungus 20g
Garlic (pounded) 2 cloves
Ginger 1 slice

Soak glass noodles in water until softened, then drain off the water. Soften black fungus in water, then cut into pieces.

Wash and cut zucchini into bite-size pieces. Heat the sakura shrimps in a dry pan until fragrant, set aside.

Heat up a saucepan with oil, fry garlic and sliced ginger until fragrant. Add Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth and bring to boil.

Add zucchini and black fungus, cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes. Add the glass noodles and cook for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with sakura shrimps. Serve hot with plate.

Can use luffa or celtuce to replace zucchini
