Scallops and Tofu Golden Pot

Ingredients
Swanson Superior Broth Scallop Flavoured 250ml
Chicken thigh (removed skin and cut into small pieces) 180g
Enoki mushrooms (trimmed and cut into small portions) 1 pack
Leek (angle cut into thin slices) 60g
Hard tofu (cut into small pieces) 340g (Ar. 1 brick)
Radish (grinded) 400g
Egg 1pc

Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a casserole pot, slightly pan-fry leek and chicken, add Swanson Superior Broth Scallop Flavoured, enoki mushroom and hard tofu and bring it to a boil.

Add radish and slightly cook for a while, add egg and serve.
