Prawn 10 pcs
Egg White 6 pcs
Broccoli ½ bunch (cut in florets)
Crab Roe 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Egg Drop Soup
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 950mL
Egg Yolk 6 pcs
Scallion 5g
Seasoning for Egg White

White Pepper as appropriate
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Seasoning for Shrimp
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 1 tbsp

Peel but leave tail on prawn. Deveined and make a shallow cut to open its back. Then cut a hole in the middle to let the tail go through to form butterfly shape. Mix with seasoning and Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock.

Mix egg white with seasoning. Broccoli cut into florets. Boiled in water with little oil and salt until cooked. Plated and set aside.

Heat the pot. Stir fry the prawns to just slightly cooked. Plated and set aside.

Heat up another clean pot, add egg white and prawns, sauté until egg white is half-cooked. Off the fire and keep sauté the egg white until fully cooked. Plated and sprinkle with crab roe. Ready to serve.

To make egg drop soup simply bring to boil Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth, add egg yolk and stir to form egg drop. Sprinkle with scallion and serve.
