Wash the sea snails, blanch in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse the sea snails.
Heat up oil in a pan, stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in sea snails and stir-fry.
Pour in sake and Swanson Superior Broth Scallop Flavoured bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes with lid.
Add in coriander and red chili, then serve.
