Sea Snails in Sake and Scallope Flavoured Broth

Swanson Superior Broth Scallop Flavoured 250 ml
Sea Snails 1kg
Ginger 3 Slices
Cloves Garlic 4 (Bashed)
Oil 2 tbsp
Japanese Sake 50 ml
Red Chilis 2 (Chopped)
Spring Coriander 1 pc
Wash the sea snails, blanch in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse the sea snails.
Heat up oil in a pan, stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in sea snails and stir-fry.
Pour in sake and Swanson Superior Broth Scallop Flavoured bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes with lid.
Add in coriander and red chili, then serve.

  1. Don’t wash the sea snail and put them in refrigerator. Wash and soak them before cooking in order to keep it fresh.
  2. Add the chili oil as per your preference.
