Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 1.5 tsp
Shrimp (medium size) 10 pcs
Dragon Well Tea Leaves 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Minced Ginger 1 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp

Shrimps deveined and make a shallow cut on its back to just open. Mix with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock & cornstarch . Set aside.

Dragon Well tea leaves steeped in warm water for 10 minutes. Save the tea and pat dry the leaves. Set aside.

Heat a pot with some oil. Add tea leaves and quickly stir fry until crispy. Dish out and set aside.

Heat a pot with some oil. Stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add shrimps and stir fry briefly. Add some Dragon Well tea, stir fry again until shrimps are well-cooked. Sprinkle with crispy tea leaves and serve.
