Ingredients
Swanson Pork Bone Broth 500mL
Kimchi 300g
Onion 1/2 pc
Garlic 3 cloves
Luncheon Meat 1 can
Cheese Sausage 5 pcs
Beef 200g
Enoki Mushroom 100g
Shiitake Mushroom 2 pcs
Carrot 1/2 pc
Korean Rice Cake 100g
Korean Ramen Noodle 1 pack
Cheese 1 slice
Sauce
Korean Chili Paste 1½ tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Sesame Oil As appropriate
Black Pepper As appropriate

Mix all sauce ingredients well and set aside.

Korean rice cake cooked in salty water until softened.

Heat a pot over medium heat, stir fry garlic and onion until fragrant, then add kimchi to sauté briefly.

Reduce heat to low, pour in the sauce and add all ingredients.

Add Swanson Pork Bone Broth and bring all contents to boil over medium heat.

Place ramen noodle over and add cheese slice.

Drizzle sesame oil and enjoy.
