Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL
eggs 6 pcs
Chinese cooking wine 125mL

Mix Swanson Clear Chicken Broth with Chinese wine to be the sauce and set aside.

Add eggs in cold water, stir and cook for 6 mins. Remove from heat, soak in iced water till eggs cool down and remove shells.

Soak eggs in the sauce and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
