Chop the baby spinach. Cut tofu into cubes. Peel the carrot, use a cookie cutter to cut the carrot into flower shape.
Pour Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth into a pot, bring to boil, add tofu and carrot, cook for 10 minutes on medium high heat.
Add crab meat and baby spinach, cook until baby spinach is softened. Stir in egg white and mix well. Add the corn starch water to thicken the soup.
Season with salt and white pepper powder.
