Crab Meat Tofu Spinach Soup

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Frozen Crab Meat 80g
Baby Spinach 250g
Tofu (400g) 1 pc
Carrot 30g
Egg White 2 pcs
Corn Starch Water (3 tsp Corn Starch + 4 tbsp Water) 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder Pinch of

Chop the baby spinach. Cut tofu into cubes. Peel the carrot, use a cookie cutter to cut the carrot into flower shape.

Pour Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth into a pot, bring to boil, add tofu and carrot, cook for 10 minutes on medium high heat.

Add crab meat and baby spinach, cook until baby spinach is softened. Stir in egg white and mix well. Add the corn starch water to thicken the soup.

Season with salt and white pepper powder.

* Do not overcook the spinach as nutrients will be lost and the bright green color of spinach will diminish.

* Frozen crab meat can be found in large supermarket.
