Mix the marinade with pork ribs and set aside for 15 minutes.
Bring Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth to boil in a large pot. Add sliced pumpkins and cook for 8 minutes on medium high heat. Place 2/3 of the pumpkins around a plate. Keep rest of the pumpkins and soup.
Stir fry the shallot and garlic in an oiled wok under high heat. Add pork ribs and fry for 3 minutes. Add taro.
Stir in the rest of the pumpkins and soup, cook for 10 minutes. Add coconut milk. Mix well and serve with parsley.
