Beef Udon with Japanese Clear Seafood Broth

Swanson Japanese Seafood Broth 500mL
Inaniwa Udon 1pc
Beef Slices 5-6 pcs
Onion ¼ pcs
Scallion (chopped) 1 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Bonito Soy Sauce 2 tsps

Onion shredded and set aside.

Heat the pan with cooking oil, cook beef slices over medium heat for around 2 mins , set aside.

Heat the pan with cooking oil, fry onion until soften, then add mirin and bonito soy sauce to cook over medium heat for around 3-5 mins, add the beef slides and cook mix.

In a pot, bring Swanson Japanese Seafood Broth to boil, then add udon to cook for around 3 mins or according to the package instructions.

Top with beef slices and scallions, and serve.
