Hainan Chicken Rice

Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250mL
1 chilled chicken leg (thawed & cut in pieces) 350g
rice 150g (1 plastic rice cup)
chopped garlic 2 tsp

Rinse and drain rice

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the rice cooker; gently fry rice and garlic for 2 mins until dry.

Add in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and bring it to a boil. Put the chicken pieces onto the rice and cook again until done.

Minced garlic can enhance the fragrance of chicken rice, while please be reminded not to over-fry the garlic.
