Stir-Fry Diced Beef with Bell Peppers

Ingredients
Swanson Concentrated Chicken Stock 1 tsp
Diced Beef 200g
Broccoli 1 bunch (cut in florets)
Onion 1/2 pc (shredded)
Red Bell Pepper 1/4 pc (sliced)
Green Bell Pepper 1/4 pc (sliced)
Yellow Bell Pepper 1/4 pc (sliced)
Garlic 1 clove (sliced)
Sesame as appropriate
Marinade
Swanson Concentrated Chicken Stock 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp

Mix diced beef with marinade and let it sit for around 10 minutes.

Garlic, bell peppers and onion sliced. Set aside.

Broccoli cut into florets. Boil in water with little oil and salt until cooked. Drained and set aside.

Heat a pan with oil on medium-high heat. Stir fry diced beef until half-cooked. Take out and set aside.

Briefly sauté onion and garlic. Add broccoli, bell peppers with 1 tsp of Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock and stir fry together with diced beef until fully cooked. Sprinkle with sesame and serve.
