Ingredients
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Chilled Chicken 1(chopped) 900g
Dried Blue Dates 8pcs (55g)
Codonopsis Root 4 pcs (15g)
Dried Longan 12pcs (15g)
Dried Chinese Yam (20g) 5 Slices (20g)
Dried Snow Fungus 1 pc (20g)
Goji Berries 1 tbsp
Ginger 4 Slices
Water 800ml

Wash all the dried ingredients, soak for 20 minutes. (except goji berries)

Blanch the chicken with ginger. Set aside.

Trim off the tough yellowish part at the bottom of the snow fungus and cut into pieces.

Bring the water to boil, add all the ingredients (except goji berries) and boil , turn to low heat and boil for 30 minutes.

Add in half of the Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and snow fungus, cook for 10 minutes.

Add goji berries, lightly cooked and serve.

Enjoy the soup and eat the chicken first, add the remaining Swanson Clear Chicken Broth with other ingredients as a hot pot.
