Shrimp and crab meat thawed in cold water and washed. Marinate with 1 teaspoon of Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock for 10 mins and set aside.

Green pea washed, spinach washed and chopped, both set aside. Fish meat washed and sliced, cuttlefish washed and sliced, both set aside. Bamboo pith washed, golden enoki mushroom washed, root trimmed-off, both cut in bite-size length and set aside. Carrot shredded and set aside.

Steam all ingredients except green pea and spinach, then neatly put as a circle and pile up in the centre of a deep plate.

Bring Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth to boil, then add spinach and green pea. Whisk egg white then drizzle with cornstarch to slightly thicken the stock, sprinkle with some white pepper.

Pour mixture onto the food and plate, decorated with crab roe and coriander and serve.
