Marinate the chicken with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock for 20 mins. Steam the chicken until cooked, let cool and cut in chunks. Mix the dressing well.

Arrange salad leaves, shredded carrot on a plate. Top with the chicken and pour the dressing.

Add spring onion. Heat sesame oil and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with green onion. Mix the chicken before serving.
