Ingredients
Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tsp (2 loops)
Pork 200g
Shimeji Mushroom 160g (1 box)
Sugar Snap Peas 120g
Carrots (Sliced) 40g
Garlic (Sliced) 1 Clove
Oil 1 tsp
Marinade
Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tsp (2 loops)
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

Cut the pork into strips, marinade for 10 minutes.

Wash and tear off the tough veins of sugar snap peas.

Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat, add garlic, carrots and pork stir fry until 70% cooked.

Add sugar snap peas and Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add shimeji mushroom, lightly cook then serve.
