Marinate the pork slices with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock for 10 minutes.

Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice into pieces. Dice the carrot into cubes.

Fry shiitake mushroom slices, shimeji mushrooms and carrot with 2 tbsp of oil until fragrant; add rice and stir-fry briefly.

Add Swanson Pork Bone Broth and bring to boil with medium heat.

When the broth starts boiling, add the pork slices and cook with lid in low heat for 15 minutes.

Slightly mix the rice and simmer for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve.
