Golden and Silver Eggs with Chinese Spinach

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 250mL
Chinese Spinach around 400g
Salted Egg 1 pc
Preserved Egg 2 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 3 slices
Sugar 1 tsp

Remove root and rinse the Chinese spinach, cut into sections and set aside.

Bring the salted egg to boil. Peel, dice and set aside; Peel and cut the preserved eggs into cubes, set aside.

Heat the pot with oil over medium heat, stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add Chinese spinach and stir fry briefly. Add Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth and sugar, bring to boil with lid.

Add salted egg and preserved egg, mix well and serve.

Chinese spinach can be replaced by spinach or Chinese white cabbage
