Defrost the shrimp, pat dry with kitchen paper.
Using a spiralizer, trim and spiralize the zucchini set aside.
Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil over medium-low heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flake, stir fry a while. Add the shrimp and stir until half cooked, set aside.

Return the shrimp to the pan, until cook through. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
