Garlic Shrimp Zoodles

Ingredients
Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 loops (2 tsp)
Zucchini (400g) 2 pcs
Frozen Shrimps 8 pcs
Cherry Tomato (Halves) 8 pcs
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Pine Nuts 1 tsp

Defrost the shrimp, pat dry with kitchen paper.

Using a spiralizer, trim and spiralize the zucchini set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil over medium-low heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flake, stir fry a while. Add the shrimp and stir until half cooked, set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil over high heat, add the zucchini noodles and cherry tomato and stir fry quickly, pour in Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock, cook for 2 minutes.

Return the shrimp to the pan, until cook through. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.

  • If you don’t have the spiralizer. You can use a knife to cut into noodles or peeler to make wide noodles.
