Leek and Smoked Duck Breast Soba Noodles

Ingredients
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 500mL
Smoked Duck Breast 1 pc
Leek 1/2 pc
Japanese Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Soba Noodles 2 pcs

Cook soba noodles according to the directions on package. Set aside.

Cut leek into sections diagonally (about 5cm thick). Score the skin of smoked duck breast with knife.

Heat a pan over medium high heat, sauté each side of the duck breast until golden. Set aside.

Using the same pan (keep the duck oil), pan fry the leek until fragrant. Bring Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and Japanese soy sauce to boil, turn to medium heat and boil for 5-8 minutes.

Slice the duck breast and place it on the soba noodles.

Add the broth with leek into the bowls and serve.

Scoring the duck breast before cooking helps to bring out the fragrance.
