Steamed Egg Custard with Shrimp

Ingredients
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250ml
shrimps (shelled, left tail intact and deveined) 180g
eggs (beaten) 2 pcs
chopped spring onions Some

Mix beaten eggs with Swanson Clear Chicken Broth.

Add shrimps to the beaten eggs and pour into a deep dish, steam over medium heat for 8 mins until solidified.

Garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve.
