Smooth and Silky Egg with Shrimp and Tofu

Shrimp 150g (peeled, marinate with 1/3 tsp of salt and a pinch of white pepper)
Onion 1/2 pc (diced)
Egg 1 pc (whiskered)
Tofu 1 box (bite-size diced)
Scallion 1 tbsp (chopped)
Thickener
Swanson Superior Ham Broth 250mL

Grease and heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry shrimp and onion, then add Swanson Superior Ham Broth and bring to boil.

Add egg mixture and tofu, mix gently and cook for a while. Sprinkle with scallion and serve.
