Spanish Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
Frozen Shrimp (deveined and peeled) 12 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes 1 tsp
Parsley 2 sprigs
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tsp

Thaw and rinse the frozen shrimps, pat dry with kitchen towel. Marinate shrimps with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock and let sit for 10 minutes.

Slice garlic and chop parsley, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic turns golden brown, and oil will slowly get infused with the flavor of garlic and red pepper during the process (about 3-4 minutes).

Add shrimps and turn to high heat, stir fry the shrimps until well cooked.

Garnish with parsley and serve.

Use Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock to marinate the shrimps can remove the frozen smell.
