Shrimp and Scallop with Egg Drop

Ingredients
Swanson No MSG Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 1 tsp
Scallop 8-10 pcs
Frozen shrimp 3-4 pcs
Egg White 1 pc
Cornstarch (mixed with water) 2-3 tbsp
Scallion (Chopped) as appropriate
Salt as appropriate
Olive oil as appropriate

Shrimp heads removed, peeled, deveined, pad dried and diced, thaw and rinse the frozen shrimps, pat dried and diced. Then well mixed with some wine and salt for 10 mins. Scallops defrosted, pad dried with kitchen paper, marinate with 1 tsp of Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock for 10 mins. Set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil and some butter, pan fried both sides of the scallops for about 30-45 sec.

In a pot, bring Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth to boil over medium high heat, then add diced shrimps.

Pour in cornstarch water slowly until your desired thickness is reached.

Reduce to low heat, slowly stir in egg white to form egg drop.

Pour the stock over scallops. Sprinkle with scallion and serve.
