Pumpkin and Beef Croquette

Ingredients
Potatoes 2 pcs (350g)
Pumpkin 120g
Ground Beef 100g
Onion (Chopped) 1/4 pc
Egg 1 pc
Flour 2-3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs/Panko 3 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Beef Marinade
Swanson No Added msg Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 loops(2tsp)
Corn Starch 1 tsp

Marinade the beef for 15 minutes.

Boil the potatoes until soft.

Peel the pumpkin, put the pumpkin into pot when the potato almost soften. Take out the potatoes and pumpkin, mash by using a fork.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onion, cook until soften. Add ground beef, stir fry until 70% cooked. Remove from heat.

Add the mashed potato, pumpkin and black pepper into the beef, mix well. Divide into 6 patties.

Beaten the egg. Lightly coat the croquettes with flour, then dip them in the egg and finally into the panko

Preheated the airflyer 200’C, put the Croquette and lightly brush with some oil, cook for 6 minutes. Turning them over, crush some oil and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.

If there is no gas frying pan, you can use a pan to fry the coke cake until golden yellow.
