Steamed Egg Custard with Minced Pork and Tofu

Ingredients
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 250mL
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tsp
Egg 2 pcs
Minced Pork 100g
Tofu 1 small box
Scallion as appropriate (for decoration)

Mix minced pork with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock, marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut tofu into cubes.

Spread the marinated pork on a wide shallow plate.

Place tofu on top of the minced pork.

Whisk the eggs, add Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth and stir well.

Sift the egg mixture with a sieve. Cover the dish with plastic wrap.

Steam for 12-15 minutes at medium heat. Turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with scallion and serve.

Try not to keep the layer of minced pork too thick as it needs more time to steam. You can half-cook the minced pork first before adding egg mixture and tofu to shorten the cooking time.
