Special Fragrant Chicken Pot

Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 1L
Chicken 1 whole pc (around 1400g)
Huangjiu 6 tbsp
Onion 1 pc (thin-sliced)
Welsh Onion 1 stalk (sectioned)
Coriander 1 stalk
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Spices 1
Shallot 8 pcs (briefly crushed)
Garlic 8 pcs
Ginger 8 slices
Chinese Celery 2 stalks (sectioned)
Mix chicken with marinade and sit for 20 mins. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry onion and chicken until fragrant. Set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry spices 1 until fragrant. Sprinkle Huangjiu, then add spices 2 to stir fry until fragrant again. Add chicken, onion and half of Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and bring everything to boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer until chicken is fully cooked, then add welsh onion and coriander. Ready to serve.
After finishing the chicken, add the remaining half of Swanson Clear Chicken Broth to the pot and serve as soup base to enjoy hotpot with appropriate ingredients.
