Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry spices 1 until fragrant. Sprinkle Huangjiu, then add spices 2 to stir fry until fragrant again. Add chicken, onion and half of Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and bring everything to boil. Reduce to medium heat and simmer until chicken is fully cooked, then add welsh onion and coriander. Ready to serve.
