Imitation Fin Soup with Sliced Chicken

Ingredients
Swanson Superior Broth Ham Flavoured 250ml
Water 750mL
Dried Chinese mushrooms (removed stem, soaked and shredded) 4 pcs
Chicken breast 120g
Dried black fungus (soaked and shredded) 80g
Dried bean vermicelli (soaked and sectioned) 80g
Dark soy sauce 2 tsp
Coriander Some
Potatostarch (Mixed with 4 tbsp water and for thickening) 4 tsp

Add Swanson Superior Broth Ham Flavoured and chicken breast to a small pot, cook over medium-low heat until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken from heat and set aside, shred when cool.

Add Swanson Superior Broth Ham Flavoured, shredded chicken, Chinese mushroom, black fungus, bean vermicelli, dark soy sauce and water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat once boiled. Add potatostarch mixture and cook for a while. Garnish with coriander and serve.
