Chicken In Spring Onion Oil

Ingredients
Deboned chicken leg or chicken breast 1 pc
Salad leaves 50g
Carrot (shredded) 30g
Spring Onion (white part, diced) 20g
Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
Green onion (diced) 3g
Dressing
Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth 3 tbsp
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Wasabi 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Marinate
Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock 2 tsp

Marinate the chicken with Swanson No Added MSG Concentrated Chicken Stock for 20 mins. Steam the chicken until cooked, let cool and cut in chunks. Mix the dressing well.

Arrange salad leaves, shredded carrot on a plate. Top with the chicken and pour the dressing.

Add spring onion. Heat sesame oil and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with green onion. Mix the chicken before serving.

  1. This dish can be served warm or cold.
  2. Adding Swanson No Added MSG Clear Chicken Broth makes better sauce than water.
