Japanese Style Potato Pork Stew with Shirataki Knots

Ingredients
Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 700mL
Pork Belly Slices 350g
Potato 3 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Shirataki Knots 1/2 box
Honey Pea 6-8 pcs
Seasoning
Mirin 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp

Boiled honey pea in water until cooked

Potato, carrot and onion peeled and washed. Cut into bite-sized and set aside.

Grease a pot with some oil over medium heat to pan fry the onion, then add carrot, potato and shirataki knots. Next, add pork belly slices.

Add Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and seasoning into the pot. After bringing to boil over medium high heat, reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes with lid.

Add honey pea, cook over medium heat until sauce briefly reduced, and ready to serve.

  1. Soak cut potato in cold water can prevent them from turning brown.
  2. Can use pork ribs slices or pork collar as substitutes.
